What time can I check in and when is check-out?

Check-in is guaranteed from 3 p.m.
Check-out is required by 10 a.m.

How does check-in work at the hotel?

Check-in takes place in person at our reception. At check-in, please present a valid form of identification for registration. All essential information regarding the property's services will be provided at this time.

Is it possible to check in early?

Yes, subject to room availability (upon request).

Is it possible to check out late?

Yes, late check-out is possible subject to availability.

What are the reception hours?

There is no reception desk on site.

What languages are spoken at reception?

The staff speaks fluent English and Italian.

Where is the hotel located and how can I get there?

The property is located at Piazza di Porta Portese 8. It can be reached by tram, taxi, or a 10-minute walk from Trastevere Station.

Is a shuttle service available to / from the property?

There is no shuttle service to/from the property.

There is no car park on site, but there are paid parking spaces and secure garages nearby.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including the rooms, so guests can stay connected at all times.

Is the property equipped with an elevator?

No, there is no lift in the building.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Is there a tourist tax? How much is the tourist tax?

Yes, there is a tourist tax. The current amount is €6.00 per person per night.

What credit cards are accepted for payment?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What credit cards do you accept?

The standard terms allow for free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. After this deadline, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay will be applied.
